Cancellation Policy

Booking Process: After submitting a booking request, a team member will contact you within 3 business days for a pre-shoot consultation. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your vision, requirements, and the details of the shoot. Payment: Your full payment is required to confirm your appointment. This payment will be due at the end of the consultation to secure your booking. Rescheduling and Cancellations: To rescheduling or cancellation request must be made in writing via the phone number or email address displayed throughout this site. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the shoot may result in forfeiture of the payment. Late Arrival Policy: You will be charged an additional $20 for every 10 minutes you are late. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings, without a refund or credit for lost time. If you arrive more than an hour late, your session may be rescheduled or cancelled without a refund depending on availability. Final Image Delivery Post-production will begin once full payment is received. Edited images will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeline, typically 1-2 weeks after the shoot. $15 to retouch per photo. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to these terms.
